Quellenland: Seminar house in the Fläming, close to Berlin, without neighbours

Quellenland – a whole house with grounds in an isolated location just for you and your seminar. One hour southwest of Berlin

„Quellenland“ means „Land where water springs are“, because the area there has somes springs in the otherwise dry Fläming.

Undisturbed (except you no people in the house and grounds, meadow behind the house completely protected from view) – simple (without Internet and with lots of nature) – reasonable prices (from 300 euros per day including 5 nights and final cleaning).

For groups up to 25 people comfortable and up to 40 people intensive. With 7 simple rooms with double and single beds (organic bedding included) – some with space for more sleeping.

Space for tents and caravans/camping vehicles. Large meadow with fireplace (usable depending on forest fire warning level). Fire bowls available. Wood available (costs by arrangement).

Self-catering – simply furnished kitchen with everything needed for 30 people.

Internet: Is not available in the house and cell phone reception is also very poor.

The seminar room has a size of 5 x 7 m = 35 sqm, suitable for 25 people in a circle + ? in the inner circle.

Seminar supplies like mattresses, yoga mats or meditation cushions are not available.

Heating: The house has central heating. In the seminar room there is a tiled stove, which can be additionally heated with wood (cost per day 30,00 Euro). The same applies to the dining room.

Public transportation:
The train station of Ziesar is 10 km away, that of Wiesenburg/Mark 15 km.
There is bus service to and from Rottstock (near Ziesar) – which belongs to the municipality of Gräben.
The bus line 588 goes from Bad Belzig, Wiesenburg or Ziesar and stops in Rottstock.

Since the timetables change throughout the year, it is best to check them at short notice.
